- We can provide a roadmap for you to leveraging AI and automation such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
Project Resources
- This is similar to “Remote Services” in that its your resource, under your management, supporting your project.
- We help you get started by working with you to identify the scope, skills, experience and cultural fit to find the right person aligned to the deliverables you are trying to achieve.
- Our services are the same in terms of sourcing talent, on-boarding them, and ensuring strong working practices.
- At your discretion, we can manage the project and/or the offshore resource in order to provide Quality Assurance and/or ensure strong 24 hour productivity consistent with Agile methodology.
Outsourced Services
- We can run an entire process or sub-process for you (for example, customer support or accounts receivable).
- We can help you build an outsourcing/offshoring strategy by collecting all factors such as your potential savings, readiness, market maturity, automation and AI.
- We help you get started by collect all the current information as to volumes, processes, quality metrics, etc. We verify the information and then agree service levels with you.
- We transition the services to BOSS and run the function for you either as a fixed monthly fee or transaction fee
- We manage the service and risk.
