- As CEO and Co-Founder, Stephen is the Chief Executive Officer at BOSS Solutions. He possess over thirty years of leadership in developing and enhancing offshore operations.
- Upon taking the helm as CEO, one of Stephen’s first initiatives was to strengthen the senior leadership team and establish a new strategic direction aimed at expanding the company’s reach and capabilities. At the center of his strategic direction is the goal to help businesses take advantage of the largely untapped talent pool available in offshore locations and further benefit from recent advances in RPA and AI.
- Stephen’s extensive background includes helping companies establish offshore operations (outsourced, captive, and co-sourced) primarily in the Philippines and India. As the industry grew and matured, Stephen worked to improve offshore operations through the application of technology and process re-engineering techniques. He has thirty plus years in positions of increasing leadership across IBM, Everest Group, and Deloitte. He has worked on over $18B in outsourcing contracts across all areas of outsourcing (Business Process, IT, Engineering, Call Center, and Industry specific processes).
- Educated at some of the world’s leading institutions, Stephen holds a certificate in Artificial Intelligence from MIT, an MBA from New York University, and both a BS and a Master’s in Engineering from Rice University. He was originally a programmer and stays current in technologies such as BluePrism and AutomationAnywhere with the battle scars and certifications to prove it!
