  • As President and Co-Founder, I lead our work helping businesses and nonprofits grow smarter by providing top remote talent in accounting, finance, operations and technology. Our team members integrate seamlessly with internal staff to strengthen daily execution, enhance operations, and drive measurable performance. 
  • Eric is a veteran operator and advisor with 25+ years of experience leading strategy, finance, and transformation efforts for organizations ranging from scrappy startups to Fortune 500s. His background spans Big-4 consulting, PE-backed scale-ups, and multinational enterprises across Financial Services, Life Sciences, Tech, Non-Profit, and Manufacturing.
  • Eric’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Accounting and Operations, Information & Decisions (analytics). He also studied International Relations at the University of Maryland’s Tokyo campus. His involvement with the Wharton Club of Philadelphia, the Rittenhouse Chess Club, and his previous role as a member of the Board of Advisers for the Financial IT Academy at Singapore Management University highlight his commitment to both professional and community engagement.
